Not working retail license, no answer fom support

Hi

 

Two days ago I had an electrical issue due to lightning that ended in a MB and some disks having to be replaced. Long history short, my retail license is not working, I cannot "deactivate" because the HW does not exist anymore, and more than 48h later nobody from support has answered my inquiry about how to proceed, even when I included the license key (and the paypal associated transaction number) in the inquiry form. I suspect that basically nobody is attending support.

 

Does anyone know how to proceed, or how to reach support or covecube or someone that attends?
